Outreach Program with MCBT at Greenwood Place (1)

Melbourne City Ballet Theatre is truly vested in giving back to our community. In addition to our Sleeping Beauty, and Swan Lake productions, MCBT has also partnered with MCDC and with our local Senior Living Communities such as Brookdale and Greenwood Place to provide, on a monthly rotation, dance performances which offer activity and entertainment for the residents.

Other 2018 notable outreach activities include: Kids World at Melbourne Arts Festival, Ballroom Dance Performance at Zon Beachside Assisted Living, at Indialantic Elementary School to educate students about ballet’s mental

and physical health benefits through physical education classes, and with the American Muscle Car Museum on multiple occasions to benefit local not-for-profit organizations.
